    it’s easy…

    the area of the field is 300×100=30000

    now area of the road parallel to the length will be 10×300=3000

    and the area of the road parallel to the width will be 10×100=1000

    so the area covered by the road will be=3000+1000=4000

    so the area of park excluding the roads is 30000-4000=26000 m^2….

    niw simply convert it to hectares
