  1. Answer:

    Here always electric field is perpendicular lo magnetic field. So if velocity is not perpendicular to magnetic field, then electric field is also not perpendicular to magnetic field. So path of charged particle changes from circle to towards the direction of magnetic field or opposite the direction of electric field or velocity.( either in direction of electric field or in opposite direction of magnetic field)
