    ∠XAD=∠YCB (Given each 90

    )

    AD=BC (Opposite sids of parallelogram are equal)

    ∠XDA=∠YBC (Alternate angles of parallel lines AD and BC)

    Thus, XA=YC (Corresponding sides)
