  1. Answer :-

    Given :-

    • Length of park = 22 m
    • Area = 286 m²

    To Find :-

    • Width
    • Perimeter

    Solution :-

    We know that,

    → Area = Length × Width

Substituting the values of area and length in formula :-

    → 286 = 22 × w

    → w = 286 / 22

    → w = 13

    Width of park = 13 m

    Calculating Perimeter :-

    We know that,

    → Perimeter = 2 ( Length + Width )

Substituting the values in formula :-

    → Perimeter = 2 ( 22 + 13 )

    → Perimeter = 2 ( 35 )

    → Perimeter = 70

    Perimeter of park = 70 m

  2. Answer:

    Given:

If length of rectangle park is 22m and its area is 286m². Find its width and perimeter.

    To Find:

    The width and perimeter.

    Note:

Area = length × width when it is transposed, Width = [tex] \frac{Area}{Length} [/tex].

After finding width, Perimeter of rectangle park = 2 × ( Length + width ).

    Solution:

    [ First, Width ]

    [tex] \huge\red{Length = 22m, its \ \ Area = 286m², Width = ?} [/tex]

    According to note first point~

    ▪︎[tex] Width = \frac{Area}{Length} [/tex]

    ▪︎[tex] Width = \frac{286m²}{22m} [/tex]

After dividing and square will be canceled from metre~

    ▪︎[tex] Width = 13m [/tex]

    [tex] \huge\pink{Width = 13m} [/tex]

    _______________________________

    [ Now, Perimeter ]

    [tex] \huge\red{Length = 22m, Width = 13m} [/tex]

    According to note second point~

    ▪︎[tex] Perimeter \ \ of \ \ rectangle \ \ park = 2 × ( Length + Width ) [/tex]

    ▪︎[tex] Perimeter \ \ of \ \ rectangle \ \ park = 2 × ( 22m + 13m ) [/tex]

    ▪︎[tex] Perimeter \ \ of \ \ rectangle \ \ park = 2 × 35m [/tex]

    After multiplying~

    ▪︎[tex] Perimeter \ \ of \ \ rectangle \ \ park = 70m [/tex]

    [tex] \huge\pink{Perimeter \ \ of \ \ rectangle \ \ park = 70m} [/tex]

    Answer:

    Hence,

    • Width = 13m
    • Perimeter of rectangle park = 70m.
