    Vab = D/4 Vba = 2D/7

    let they meet at T hr after 8 am

    D= D/4×(T+1) +2D/7×T

    T= 7/5 = 1 hr 24 min

    required time = 8 am + 1 hr 24 min

    = 9:24 am
