1. take the number of hours the man walks as x

   and the number of hours the man jogs as y

   therefore one eqn can be 3x + 4y = 3.5

   and the other one is x+y = 0.9

   on solving this simultaneous linear eqns. we will get x as 0.1 and y as 0.8

   and as y is the number of hours jogged by the man

   the number of hours jogged by the man is 0.8 hours
