  1. Answer:

    Given :

    Side = 16 cm

    Altitude = 6 cm

    To Find :

    Other Diagonal

    Solution :

    We know that

    Area = Side × Altitude

    Area = 16 × 6.

    Area = 96 cm²

    Since

    Area of rhombus = ½ × D1 × D2

    • Let the other Diagonal be x

    [tex] \sf \: 96 = \dfrac{1}{2} \times 12 \times x[/tex]

    [tex] \sf \: 96 = 6 \times x[/tex]

    [tex] \sf \: 96 = 6x[/tex]

    [tex] \dfrac{96}{6} = \sf \: x[/tex]

    [tex] \bf \: 16 = x[/tex]

    Other Diagonal measure 16 cm
