   It is given that ,

   a = 3/4 , b = -1/2 , c = -7/5

   LHS = a × ( b × c )

   = 3/4 × [ ( -1/2 ) × ( – 7/5 ) ]

   = 3/4 × ( 7/10 )

   = ( 3 × 7 )/ ( 4 × 10 )

   = 21/40 —-( 1 )

   RHS = ( a × b ) × c

   = [ 3/4 × ( – 1/2 ) ] × ( – 7/5 )

   = [ – 3/8 ] × ( – 7/5 )

   = ( 3 × 7 ) / ( 8 × 5 )

   = 21/40 —–( 2 )

   From ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) ,

   LHS = RHS

   a × ( b × c ) = ( a × b ) × c

   multiplication ]
