    to find the nature of the roots we need to find the discriminant value

    =4ac

    4ac=(4)²4(5)(50)=161000=984

    <0 ,so roots are not real and equal

    therefore, d= b^2 – 4ac

    d= (-4)^2 – 4*5*50

    d= 16 – 1000

    d= – 984

    since, d < 0
