  1. Answer:

    Solution 8:

    (i) Since out of 18 integers, 15 of them are negative, which is odd in number. Hence, the sign of the product of 15 negative integers and 3 positive integers will be negative.

(ii) Since out of 18 integers,12 of them are negative, which is even in number. Hence, the sign of the product of 12 negative integers and 6 positive integers will be positive.

(iii) Since out of 18 integers, 9 are negative, which is odd in number. Hence, the sign of the product of 9 negative integers and 9 positive integers will be negative.

(iv) Since all are negative, which is even in number. Hence , the sign of their product will be positive.
