    Angle ADB = 45°

    therefore, tan45°=AB/BD

    AB=BD

    therfore, BD=150m

    Angle ACB = 60°

    therefore, tan60°=AB/BC

    √3=150/BC

    BC = 150/√3

    BC = 50×√3

    = 86.6m

    Therfore distance between the ship is

    BC+BD=150+86.6

    =236.6m
