  1. I wont give you the whole story as it will take a bit time but here are the main point u can use

    • First decide whether you are writing in 1st person, 2nd person or 3rd Person. I prefer 1st person in detective story as the raeders get an insight into what the detective is thinking helping them solve the case.
    • The plot – After giving a bit of introduction give the plot. I suggest murder.
    • If its murder then the murderer must not be anonyumous.Introduce the murder a family member or a close friend who is not likely to kill that person.
    • Adding suspects that are jealous of that person or had caused trouble in the past is really necesary.

And lastly, here is a logical explanation I am giving.

Lets use the process of elimination for this case. Person A was not killed by his ex wife as the divorce started first from her side. He was also not killed by his son as his son is away in America and he inherits the money after he turns 18. Now we all had ignored 1 person and that was his brother. But why did his brother kill him? It turns out that before his son turns 18, all the money is inherited by the brother and as he lived with person A he could craft his plan of murder very easily than others.

How to Write a Simple Detective Story :

    • Work out a crime. Don’t make this in any way mysterious.
    • Now begin to cover it up. What does your culprit do to hide his over her tracks?
    • Leave three definite and accurate clues.
    • Develop at least three ‘red herrings’ or false clues.
    • Now invent your detective.
    • Invent some other potential culprits.
    • Create a scenario.
