    Solution

    as we know

    X1+X2/2=abscissa of center

    -3+x2/2=-4

    -3+X2=-8

    x2=-8+3

    X2= -5

    now for ordinate

    Y1+Y2/2=ordinate of center

    7+Y2/2=2

    Y2=4-7

    Y2= -3

    hence the coordinate of other end is

    (-5,-3)
