    I think this question is wrong but, then also this answer will be b and c number.

    I am giving that’s why b and c answer because here is a divisibility method that I used, The sum of the number is divisible by 3, then the number also divisible by 3 and same method in 9 also, 3 and 9 is equal method.. first we go to (b) number answer, 1 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 0 + 4 = 18 ,18 is divisible by 3 also and 9 also,, then again (c) number answer 9 9+ 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 45, 45 also equally divisible by 3 and 9 ,so I think the answer b and c both
