    (x-2)(y+1) = xy

    = xy+x-2y-2 = xy

    = x-2y= 2 (i)

    (x+3)(y-1) = xy

    = xy-x+3y-3 = xy

    -x+3y= 3 + x-2y= 2

    = y=5

    Substitute y=5 in (i)
