Sachin’s journey back home from the camp was hectic. He rarely got a seat in the
bus during the peak hours of the day. He had to stand with the kitbag. The bus
conductors were often rude and would ask him to buy two tickets for occupying the
space of another passenger. Dirty clothes added to the embarrassment. Back home
one day, he narrates the experience to his mother. How would he narrate his
experience?
You may make use of the idioms given in brackets as you jot down the narration.

[tex]\implies[/tex]It was a hectic day, Mom. My journey back home was a Herculean task. I had a terrible time during the practice session today. I somehow couldn’t see the ball well and so scored rather poorly, and was feeling quite blue by the time the session ended. To add to my luck, it started raining cats and dogs the minute I left the stadium. I was completely drenched by the time I reached the bus stop. The last straw was when the conductor looked at me and refused to let me board the bus. Why are people so mean, Mom? I was infuriated, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because the next bus was empty! It was a once in a blue moon experience. Can you believe it Mom? I actually had a seat to myself!
