    Let cost of Furniture = x

    Cost of house will be = 3X (Thrice of furniture)

    X+3X = 78900

    4X = 78900

    X = 78900/4 = 19725

    Cost of Furniture = 19725

    Cost of House = 19725*3 = 59175
