    • the length of the parallel sides are 18m and 12m

    Find :-

    • Height of trapezium shaped field

    Explanation

    Let, parallel side of trapezium shaped field is a = 18 m, b = 12 m, And height be h .

    Using Formula

    \boxed{\underline{\tt{\red{\:Area_{trapezium}\:=\dfrac{h(a+b)}{2}}}}}

    keep all above Values

    ==> Area of trapezium shaped field= h(12 + 18)/2

    ==> 450 = h(30)/2

    ==> 15h = 450

    ==> h = 450/15

    ==> h = 30 m

    Hence

    • Height of trapezium shaped field be = 30 m
