powder at Rs 35 per kg, what was his profit? anyone please help me

Answer:cost price:-

cost of 1 kg – 35/-

so cost of 20 kg = 35×20 =700

so total cost price is 700

now selling price

amount of mixture he sold = 20kg(chilli) +5kg( saw dust) = 25 kg

selling price of one kg = rs 50

selling price of 25 kg = 25×50= 1250

profit = selling price – cost price

=> rs 1250 – rs 700

= rs 550
