    This is an odd sort of question. Probability has nothing to do with it. There are 19 primes in that interval, and 2 of them have 6’s in base 10.

    There is nothing at all random about it.

    The only sense in which this is a sensible question is if you are trying to figure out if the procedure for “choosing a random prime less than 70” is in fact random and uniform. This is a question about the testing procedure, not about the primes!
