2. Given : A number of bricks were stacked in the following manner.

   25 bricks in the bottom row, 24 in the next row, 23 in the row next to it and so on, forming a rows​

   To Find : Total number of bricks

   Solution:

   1st row = 25

   2nd row = 24

   34rd row = 23

   Last row = 1

   So we have bricks = 25 + 24 + 23 + ________ + 2 + 1

   = 1 + 2 + 3 + _________ + 23 + 24 + 25

   = 25(25 + 1)/2

   = 25 * 13

   = 325

   325 bricks are there in stack
