  1. Capital of A (I) Rs. 45,000

    Capital of B (II) Rs. 30,000

    Ratio of P1:P2=2:1

    Now by using formula,

    C1T1C2T2=P1P2

    45000×1230000×T2=21

    T2=9

    Then B would join business after (12 – 9) = 3 months

    Answer: Three months….
