    1. The reason is simple. Speed is the time rate at which an object is moving along a path, while velocity is the rate and direction of an object’s movement. Put another way, speed is a scalar value, while velocity is a vector.
    2. when displacement or distance changes constantly with respect to change in time at equal intervals then velocity remains unchanged. This is known as uniform velocity. When a car is moving on a straight line without changing its speed, then we say it is moving with uniform velocity.
    3. we can describe the postion of an object, by using reference point called the origin. eg:- vishavjeet ‘s house is 2 km north from the railway station. Here the ‘railway station ‘is being used as the reference point

  1. Answer:

Answer A. – Speed is the time rate at which an object is moving along a path, while velocity is the rate and direction of an object’s movement.

Answer B. So, when displacement or distance changes constantly with respect to change in time at equal intervals then velocity remains unchanged. This is known as uniform velocity. When a car is moving on a straight line without changing its speed, then we say it is moving with uniform velocity.

Answer C. – We can describe the position of an object just by using the refference point which is also known as the orgin. take the example of vinnie’s home is x km from the central park. Here the central park is being used as the refference point or as the orgin. Here is the school is the reference point.

I hope that this answer will help you

    thank you
