Respected Sir,
I would like to draw the attention about injustice that is happening in our society with poor people by the police. This is not a way to behave with any people. All are equal before the law. There are many poor people who are migrating from their own area because of this injustice. They are doing many wrong works and the poor people are constantly suffering this atrocity.
So, I would like to suggest you that please stop this process and punish those police who created inequality among people.
I write on behalf of Human Rights Watch, first, to congratulate you for your appointment as the Inspector General of police last April and, secondly, to request a meeting to introduce our work in Kenya, particularly our more recent findings on killings by police of young people in informal settlements of Nairobi.
As you may already know, Human Rights Watch is an independent nongovernmental organization that monitors human rights developments in more than 90 countries
