  1. In a triangle abc,

    ab= ac (given)

    and <b= 45°

    so, <c= 45° ( if the sides of a triangle are equal then their angles are also equal)

    now,

    <a + <b + <c =180° ( angle sum property)

    <a + 45° + 45° = 180°

    <a + 90° = 180°

    <a = 180°- 90°

    <a = 90°

  2. Answer:

    < a = 90° , < c = 90 °

    It is an isosceles traingle so its opposite angles are always equal angle = 45°

    According to angle some property a+b+c = 180°

    a+45+45 = 180°

    a = 180-90

    a = 90°

    AB = AC..
