   In 6363/9, 6363 is the dividend and 9 is the divisor. So we get a quotient = 707.

   If the divisor is reduced by 2 (not refunded), the divisor becomes 7 and the quotient = 6363/7 = 909.

   So when the dividend is 6363 and the divisor is reduced from 9 to 7 the quotient increases by 202.
